Have had this item for more than a year. I use it to routinely backup my computer using an aftermarket application. I have never had, and continue not to have, any problems. I check the drive every so often (and of course, I keep a back up of the back up somewhere else, JUST IN CASE) The e-sata connection works super fast, so backups take little time. The design is nice--not like an "apple" design, but good none the less. And besides, it sits in a drawer of my desk, so who cares.See all 2 customer reviews... Cavalry Storage CAXA
